Hello!

Time once again has gotten away from me...I have been traveling these past few weeks.

I had a wonderful teaching tour in Europe for 12 days and am excited to say that I will be traveling back to Scotland once again in the spring to teach!

I can not tell you how much I loved Scotland  ...I really hope to post some photos very very soon...I do not even have them loaded on this computer yet though...so sooooooon...I promise!   :-)

I was only home for 2 days from Europe when I hopped back on a plane to teach this past weekend at Scrapbooks and Such in Wichita Falls, TX.....Thank you Terri and all the wonderful students who spent the weekend with me...I hope you enjoy all your albums you made this past weekend for years to come!!

October is here...I have no idea how that happened so fast....the trees are turning here in Michigan and looking radiant! It was an amazing view from the airplane yesterday afternoon when we came in for our landing!

Drewie is doing awesome...enjoying school and I can see so much social growth in him this year...he amazes me!! We are in the process right now though of trying to make that huge decision of what he will be for Halloween this year.... :-)

A quick update on class kits...I am pleased to announce 99.9% of all the on-line class kits have been shipped out...they all went out last Thursday! Watch your mailboxes!!

Classes start Oct. 23rd and the Christmas one starts Nov. 1st! I will be updating the private classroom forums as the dates get closer.

I will be traveling to Irving CA and also San Jose, CA to teach in the next two weeks...I will be updating my blog with the correct info on those two stores. Dayton Ohio is also on the Calendar for Nov. 7th!! More info to come!

Ok....that is more than I have typed all summer...lol...I am really REALLY going to try and get back to just my everyday chatting on here...a little mix of everyday live...work and Drewie....thank you all very much for all of your kind emails you have all been so awesome and supportive and by all means patient with me during this time, thank you so much!!

Just another manic Monday...wish it was Sunday...

:)....wow...did our weekend go fast!! I really do wish it was Sunday yet!

How was everyones holiday weekend?

We had a very busy and awesome weekend. Tim and the boys came up from Ohio. Sarah and her boys came over to join the party for an outdoor movie / cookout in our back yard Friday night...it was perfect weather....The boys loved the outdoor movie concept, munched on popcorn  and even roasted a marshmallow over the fire. 

Saturday evening the weather cleared up to be a perfect night for the White Caps baseball game...which they won and we also enjoyed a nice display of fireworks right after the game.

I forgot my camera when we went to AJ's to play golf and ride the go karts..but Tim took a few from his phone...Drew got to drive a kart by himself this year...so he was pretty happy about that! :)

Justin and Tony crashed in the background...Drew passed them to take first...he loved that of course.

Due to the holiday...I did not get back to my blog to post Fabulous Music Friday songs...so we are going to have them twice this week...Monday and back to the regular day on Friday also! :)

I am really excited to share my passion for this particular ink!

If there is one common question I am asked over and over in my 

workshops, it would be about my ink choices.

I can share with you several reasons I love this ink pad so much!

1. It is an hybrid ink...so it dries super fast...less chance of 

smearing as you work.

2. Excellent color retention! The color does not soak into your chipboard or paper, 

it dries on top and keeps its crisp and vivid!

3.  I love the linen pad for techniques. I am a big fan of using the ink pads to create two tone color washes in my albums and the linen pad glides across the pages and does not rip off the pad...huge benefit! 

4. The longevity of your ink is amazing...I travel with these inks and seldom have to refill the pad...it is amazing how much ink you get in the pad!

5. Color choices are exceptional!! I am pretty picky to say the least about how well my ink colors match my papers....Palette has an incredible selection...this makes me a pretty happy stamper! :-)

At the right side of my blog I have created an option for you to be able to now purchase a few of my favorite ink colors! 

Going forward, when I release new on-line classes...I will also be offering you the option to purchases all the ink colors used in that particular kit along with the option to purchase some or all the stamps used!

Happy Tuesday!!

Good Morning!

Rainy early this morning...but the sun is trying to break out now...I hope it does...I have a golf lesson this evening and also wanted to take in the Blues in the Park this evening downtown.

I have updated the right side of my blog with stamps for sale...I also have a few inks left if you are looking for your favorite Palette ink...let me know and I can add it to your order...I have a nice selection of my FAVORITE COLORS!  Yay!!

I have been working on CHA projects for the last few days now....it will be here before we know it.

You all know how I say I can never make a card to save my life...sigh...lol...but I was asked to make a couple for the catalog...so wanted to share those with you today. :)
